    The Opportunity

     

    They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is central to maintaining our high standards of client care and operational excellence. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling a variety of financial and administrative tasks while supporting advisors in delivering seamless service.

     

    This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to grow within the financial services industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests

    + Assist with account updates, beneficiary changes, wire transfers, and rollovers

    + Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience

    + Process client transactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

    + Collaborate with advisors to align service actions with client financial plans

    + Generate and deliver client reports and communications

    + Ensure confidentiality and security of client information

    + Provide administrative support including report preparation and documentation

    + Maintain follow-up systems to ensure timely resolution of client needs

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 2+ years of experience in client service, preferably in financial services or wealth management

    + Strong communication skills and detail oriented

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

    + High attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Commitment to client confidentiality and firm policies

    + Punctuality and reliability

    Preferred:

    + Experience with broker-dealer platforms (e.g., LPL)

    + Familiarity with financial products and services

    + Series 7 and 66 licenses (preferred but not required)

    + Experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment

    + Comfort with automation tools or scripting for business processes
