    Overview

    How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is a global leader in outcome-based marketing. We help brands make real connections with real people through data, technology, and personalized experiences.

Accelerate, Epsilon’s mid-market personalization and retail media business, delivers powerful onsite experiences and audience activation capabilities through Accelerate, our personalization platform. We serve hundreds of growing brands across ecommerce, CPG, auto, hospitality, and more — giving them the tools to drive conversion, monetization, and loyalty through real-time onsite engagement.

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and platform evolution of product vision.

This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who thrives in a hybrid environment: you’ll lead a small, focused team while staying deeply involved in product discovery, roadmap planning, technical delivery, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll be responsible for building platform capabilities that deliver real business outcomes for our clients, while also scaling internal systems that enable growth, observability, and extensibility.

As a senior member of the Accelerate leadership team, you’ll help define how the personalization and onsite media ecosystem evolves — and you’ll work across engineering, commercial, and data science teams to bring that vision to life.

    What you’ll achieve

+ Define and lead the multi-year product strategy for Yieldify, balancing long-term platform investment with near-term client impact.

+ Drive delivery of features across onsite journey personalization, audience targeting, identity resolution, monetization, and measurement.

+ Own the full product lifecycle, from research and requirements to delivery, documentation, and iteration.

+ Partner with Engineering to resolve platform bottlenecks, improve throughput and performance, and ensure architectural scalability.

+ Serve as the business-facing owner of the platform, communicating tradeoffs, dependencies, and unlocks to internal and external stakeholders.

+ Translate evolving market needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap in collaboration with GTM, Ops, and Client Success partners.

+ Take ownership of observability and abuse prevention features in the platform, including event tracking, throttling, and content integrity.

+ Ensure clear documentation and communication across technical and commercial stakeholders — keeping teams aligned and focused.

    Who You Are

+ A seasoned product leader with 8–12 years of experience, including direct ownership of platform-level SaaS or MarTech products.

+ Comfortable balancing strategy and execution — you think big, but aren’t afraid to dive deep into the details.

+ Technically fluent — you understand APIs, data models, languages, architecture tradeoffs, and can partner closely with engineering teams.

+ Experience scaling personalization platforms, messaging (email, SMS), or digital ad spend programs.

+ Adept at managing cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, analytics, and GTM.

+ Excellent communicator with a bias toward clarity, transparency, and collaborative decision-making.

+ Comfortable with ambiguity and change — you know how to bring structure, prioritization, and progress to evolving environments.

+ Previous experience managing a small product/design team, while still acting as a strong IC contributor.

+ Experience in identity solutions, DMPs, CDPs.

+ Experience with AI decision making and real life product integration of the tools.
