**Description:** As an Associate AV Technician, duties are to coordinate, manage, and arrange audio and video services for users\. This can include setting up and conducting videoconferencing \(VTC\), digital signage \(Noventri, BrightSign, etc\), or transcoding of video production materials\. Also responsible for directing the duties of additional AV technicians assigned to the team and the upkeep of current AV equipment, to include installation of new equipment for both unclassified and classified spaces\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support conference room and ad\-hoc audio/visual technical services as needed\.

These services include connecting, configuring, troubleshooting, uninstalling

audio/visual devises \(desktops, laptops, specialized projection devices, etc\.\) that

are used to display digital data onto screens and/or monitors\.

• Provide setups and scheduling for audio visual requirements

• Responsible to perform basic equipment maintenance\.

• Identify, troubleshoot, repair, align, and document failed equipment and

deficiencies including basic preventive maintenance, basic installation, maintain,

repair, and modify audio visual equipment to be used on video teleconference

locations or at the desktop\.

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to address problems or coordinates to

repair malfunctions\.

• Maintain effective customer communications and relations\.

• May provide minimal onsite training of customer user personnel for audiovisual

systems, monitor meetings and provide support as directed\.

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
