    **OLH Technical Services** **,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Production Controller / Scheduler** to join our Team in **Elizabeth City, NC** .

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Review technical drawings for accuracy.

    + Manage various aircraft related improvement and maintenance programs.

    + Prepare design changes for both depot and unit level maintenance procedures.

    + Develop time compliance technical orders (TCTO’s).

    + Assist in the development and validation of prototype components and systems.

    Position Requirements:

    + Bachelor's of Science Degree in a technical discipline or five (5) years of related experience providing management support to engineering staff.

    + Must have the following abilities: project scheduling, financial management, briefings, coordination and graphic presentation and technical studies.

    + USCG Experience Preferred
