MHS is seeking a visionary **Senior Director of Data and Insights** to lead the school’s Enterprise Data Strategy. This role will shape and implement a comprehensive strategy for Enterprise Master Data Management, Reporting, and Analytics, leveraging emerging technologies and cross-functional collaboration to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead MHS’s enterprise-wide data strategy and framework

* Define and establish ownership of key data attributes to support operational and strategic analytics

* Partner with school leadership to execute an annual strategy and research agenda that informs decisions and supports innovation

* Oversee data governance, compliance, advanced analytics, and performance metrics to ensure data integrity and quality

* Direct and monitor applied and collaborative research initiatives

* Manage a decision calendar and research agenda to anticipate and support critical program and service decisions

* Provide shared service support to Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning, ensuring alignment and consistency across institutions

Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, research, or affiliated field.

* Experience: Minimum of 8 years in data analytics, research, or strategic transformational roles.

* Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite and data analysis tools.

* Analytical Skills: Demonstrated skills in leading research, analytics, and data management to provide actionable insights.

* Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated critical & strategic thinking to innovate and provide data-driven recommendations for key decision-making.

* Management Skills: Strong cross-functional organizational leadership skills including an ability to effectively lead change, and coach and develop others.

* Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills ensuring accuracy and precision in reporting and analysis.

* Communication & Collaboration: Skilled interpersonally including an ability to influence, share differing perspectives, and provide complex information effectively.

* Work Style: Highly motivated, proactive, results-driven collaborative problem-solver.

* Organizational Skills: Ability to strategically oversee multiple complex projects, drive for results, and meet deadlines and goals.

* Commitment to Excellence: High standards for quality and performance.
