    1st Shift: Mon -Thur 5am - 330pm with 10hrs OT possible on FRI / SAT

     

    May need to take a Medical Exam

    Summary & Job Description:

    + Performs all manual and clerical support functions related to fabrication and assembly work order release, kitting, expediting and provide current status

    + Shipping and Receiving, outside vendor processing and shop floor expediting

    + Inventory Control: focus on kitting, cycle counting, performing both receipt and issuing inventory to and from stock locations.

    + Maintain and preform inventory transactions for all stockrooms including customer furnished parts, government furnished equipment, raw materials, project tools, fabrication and purchased parts.

    + Use PC / computer systems to maintain inventory, including cycle counting

    + Produce shipping and receiving documents and accurately record location of work orders

    + May update computer systems to support customer requirements

    + Ability to communicate professionally with other support organizations and coworkers in order to effectively achieve common goals.

    + Knowledge of MRP Systems like SAP or ORACLE

    + Ability to set priorities and follow direction based on management provided dispatch list's

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Must Haves Skills & Requirements:

    + Stand and work on feet for shifts longer than 8 hours.

    + Lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 pounds as needed.

    + Use PCs - computer systems to maintain inventory, support production.
