    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists Warehouse Management with daily warehouse business activities and planning as well as supervising, holding team meetings, setting expectations, being on the floor inspecting what you expect and holding team accountable, completing mid-year and year-end performance reviews, coaching, and all areas of ensuring team effectiveness and teamwork.

    • Optimizing storage of purchased materials.

    • Efficient transportation and supply of components to production lines.

    • Ensuring accurate shipment of finished goods to customers.

    • Efficient storage of stock.

    • Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization.

    • Tracking and improving delivery performance to customers.

    • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to meet short-term challenges.

    • Working with Product and Service Sourcing.

    • Assists with supplier selections.

    • Assists with pricing and terms negotiations.

    • Experience in contract administration and supplier performance management.

    • Responsible for strategic sourcing.

    • Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.

    • Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels.

    • Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives.

    • Interaction typically concerns resolution of operational and scheduling issues.

    REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES:

    Background/Experience:

    + Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar industry to printing

    + Prior management/supervisor experience is preferred

    Education/Knowledge:

    + High School Diploma/GED equivalent

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Warehouse Knowledge versus Distribution Knowledge Understanding

    Applicants will be accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

     

    Pay Range:** **$50,700.00** - **$67,600.00
