Our client, a leading organization in the maintenance and facilities management sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the engineering and maintenance department supporting the courthouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Columbus, OH

**Pay Range:** $27/hr. - $30/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Complete work orders related to basic commercial plumbing.

+ Perform maintenance tasks on commercial lighting systems.

+ Support general maintenance and repairs as needed.

+ Participate in brief morning meetings to discuss open work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.

+ Work independently after initial training to ensure the functionality of systems and equipment.

What's Needed?

+ At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, particularly in commercial plumbing and lighting.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Basic computer skills; experience with CMMS is highly preferred.

+ Professional conduct and a clean, presentable appearance.

+ No prior criminal interactions with courthouse staff.
