    Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a Senior Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their team. As a The Supervisor/Manager – Production is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of production and operating staff. This role ensures that production goals related to efficiency, quality, and safety are met through effective leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Supervise and coordinate activities of production and operating workers to meet daily targets.

    + Implement strategies to motivate employees, enhance productivity, and improve production methods.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve production or processing issues by consulting with technical and administrative staff.

    + Develop and implement tracking systems for production output and quality control.

    + Analyze production metrics to identify and address potential inefficiencies or quality concerns.

    + Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage production staff; handle grievances and personnel issues.

    + Establish and maintain quality standards for products; ensure compliance throughout the production cycle.

    + Maintain accurate records of production data, personnel performance, and incident reports.

    + Support RFP processes for general contractor management via platforms like Ariba.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale data center operations.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

    + Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.

    + Time management skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

    + In-depth knowledge of:

    + Raw materials and manufacturing processes.

    + Quality control principles and procedures.

    + Machinery and tool design, maintenance, and operation.

    + Production design, drafting tools, and blueprint reading.

    Education & Experience:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Associate's degree in business, manufacturing, or related field preferred.

    + Minimum 10 years of production or manufacturing experience required.

    + Preferred Experience:

    + Working with data centers.

    + Managing RFPs through Ariba.

    + General contractor coordination and oversight.
