    Parker Lord has immediate openings for the following role at the Robison Road facility in Erie, PA:

    Maintenance Electrician

    + Install and repair all plant electrical wiring and related equipment up to 35,000 volts. Construct, test and repair various electrical and electronic equipment.

    + Troubleshoot, program, and repair electrical, and CNC production and lab equipment. Basic knowledge of Servo controls.

    + Calibrate and service instruments and controls for ovens and other plant equipment.

    + Install, troubleshoot, repair and program PLC’s, VFD’s and automation equipment.

    + Install and service air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

    + Perform minor mechanical, hydraulic and carpentry repairs.

    + Comply with National Electric Code. Be able to size wire based on tables in the NEC.

    + Thorough knowledge of electrical, electronics, CNC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical principals required to install, operate, troubleshoot and service production and lab equipment.

    + Ability to read complex drawings and schematics and able to layout and assemble electrical panels, and modify prints as needed.

    + Perform carpentry, mechanical maintenance and welding occasionally.

    + Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 5-8 years of significant experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

     

    This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
