    Position Summary: Behavioral Health provider will be a member of an interdisciplinary team providing specialty medical care and psychosocial services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.

     

    Provide comprehensive psychological and mental health assessments and develop mental health treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy to a caseload of children and their families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression or other aspects of managing medical treatment.

     

    Collaborate with team members and outside providers on treatment of patients.

     

    Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and service/treatment plan development

     

    Provide or assist with care coordination for patients hospitalized

     

    Provide psychoeducation to youth and families

     

    Education: Masters trained social work or psychology candidate

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday Full time day position, 40hrs per week.
