    The Cary Company is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to grow our Southeast territory, focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region.

    Compensation

    + Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

    + Commission: $15,000–$20,000 (with potential to exceed $100,000 total compensation as territory develops). Additional incentive for new business.

    + Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business

    + Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need

    + Is curious and eager to learn our product lines and technologies

    + Thrives on quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships

    + Maintains a positive attitude and excels at juggling multiple projects

    + Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating

    + Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement

    + Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina (Charlotte territory preferred)

    + Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation
