Sales Representative – Colorado Territory

The Cary Company is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to expand our presence across Colorado, with a strong focus on the industrial-rich Denver area. This role offers the opportunity to represent our container, packaging, and filtration product lines in a key market known for its booming aerospace, energy, and technology sectors, while also supporting surrounding regions.

Compensation

+ Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

+ Commission: $15,000–$20,000 (with potential to exceed $100,000 total compensation as territory develops). Additional incentives for new business growth.

+ Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business

+ Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need

+ Excels in quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships

+ Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple projects with ease

+ Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating

+ Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement

+ Resides in Colorado
