Branch Administrator

**Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring a **Branch Administrator** for commercial operations in the **South Holland, IL** area. The pay range is **up to $25** per hour based on experience. This is a full-time role scheduled for 40+ hours per week. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team of dedicated, safe, and productive staff. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation using **SAP** and **Excel**

+ Support sales and service teams by managing data in **Salesforce**

+ Coordinate branch communications, scheduling, and logistics

+ Prepare reports and presentations using **Microsoft Office Suite**

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

+ Assist with inventory tracking and vendor coordination

+ Provide administrative support to branch leadership

Ultimate Branch Administrator Requirements

+ **3+ years** of administrative or operations experience, preferably in a construction or commercial setting

+ Proficiency in **SAP** , **Excel** , **Salesforce** , and **Microsoft Office Suite**

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 25 lbs without assistance

+ Drug Test Required

+ Background Check Required
