    • About the Opportunity

     

    Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. We’re not a lead service—you’re paid directly by us for completed work, and we supply materials when needed.

     

    If you own a roofing business and want to supplement your workload with routine, fast-pay work, this opportunity is ideal.

     

    • Industry Standard Roofing Skills We’re Looking For

    We need reliable roofers who can perform:

    • Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

    + Leak detection

    + Storm damage assessment

    + Flashing and ventilation inspections

    + Moisture or mold risk identification

    • Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance

    + Shingle/tile replacement

    + Nail pops, small puncture patches

    + Sealant application at vents and flashing

    + Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

    • Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required)

    + Tear-offs and underlayment installation

    + Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)

    + Soffit/fascia board replacement

    + Attic ventilation solutions

    • Job Documentation

    + Before/during/after photos

    + Clear notes in portal for each job

    + Material needs communicated up front

    Requirements

    • Contractor Requirements

    + General Liability Insurance (COI required)

    + Worker’s Comp Insurance preferred (or agree to deduction for coverage gap)

    + Valid W9 and Tax ID

    + Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable)

    + Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools

    + Smartphone for portal use (job access, photos, updates)

    + Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness

    + Must complete short onboarding call before receiving jobs

    • Disqualifiers

    + No active insurance ( GL and WC MANDATORY)

    + Unlicensed (where required)

    + Poor communication or incomplete jobs

    + No ladder or ability to access residential roofs

    + Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call
