**Job Title:** Compounding Assistant I

**Location:** Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

**Duration:** 6 months

Job Summary:

Assist in sterile product manufacturing under the supervision of the Production Manager/Supervisor. Key duties include cleaning/preparing equipment, inventory upkeep, filter integrity testing, equipment sterilization, and general housekeeping. Must be able to work overtime, including nights/weekends.

Required Skills:

+ Time management and prioritization

+ Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow

+ Ability to follow procedures precisely

+ Works well under pressure

+ Computer proficient

+ Good judgment and interpersonal skills

+ Mechanical/technical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 30 college credit hours (incl. 2 chemistry lab courses) and 2+ years pharma manufacturing experienceOR 6+ months manufacturing experience

+ Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering

+ Chemical compounding experience
