    Job Description

    CMI Management, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper for its customer site located in Emmitsburg, MD.

    Responsibilities

    + Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper

    + Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

    + Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills

    + Works well unsupervised.

    + Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.

    Qualifications

    + Experience in office & dormitory cleaning

    + Ability to lift at least 50lb

    + Must be a team player

    + Must be a US citizen and able to pass a Federal Background investigation.
