Description: The Logistic Technician role responsibilities include but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, picking up and delivering laptops and/or network gear for multiple customers, assisting in fleet upkeep, PC break/fix and other duties as assigned by management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Pickup and delivery of laptops

+ Ensure maintenance of work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems

+ Maintains assigned vehicle

+ Assists break/fix team with basic repairs

+ Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team

+ Communicate issue and success to team manager

Additional Duties:

+ Assist with general facility upkeep

+ Staging Network Gear

+ Assist with any on-site project requests

+ Assist team with off season (summer) projects

+ Various other tasks related to service delivery
