    & Fin Ops (FinOps).

    Interns

    may be assigned to assist in providing computer software development, business

    analysis, data analytics and/or technical support for IT operations in **MinneapolisSt. Paul, MN.** You may support a variety of IT projects in a **BusinessAnalyst, Developer, Systems Engineer, or Data Analytic/BI type role.**

    Responsibilities may include gathering requirements for development, design and

    testing of decision support systems, or participation in the development,

    maintenance, enhancement and support of our software applications or

    infrastructure environments. Data analytics is used to create performance

    dashboards and service level agreements with various products. Interns working

    in Developer roles are given an opportunity to utilize various methods and

    technologies (i.e. AWS cloud technology, Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Angular,

    Agile/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++ on Linux, Python, REST, XML, web

    services, HTML, Oracle and expanding mobile technologies). Some duties may be

    non-technical.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    • **Beable to commit to working the entire summer internship program,** **May 11 – August 7, 2026**

    (13 weeks)

    • **Bewilling to work from the Minneapolis St. Paul, MN (MSP)office.** Most

    teams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) work schedule

    with management approval.

     

    • **Havea 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program.**

    Degree emphasis should be in Computer Science, Software Development,

    Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data

    Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business

    Management or a related field

    • Ideal

    candidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication

    skills and a good work ethic

    • Be

    able to accept diverse people, thinking and consistently make safety and

    security, of self and others, a priority

    • Have

    an interest in solving complex problems and be willing to invest time and

    energy to overcome roadblocks

    • Possess

    an awareness of cloud technology, Software Dev Lifecycles, and/or PC hardware

    components and/or maintenance

    • Be

    able to conduct yourself in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a business

    casual work attire environment

    • Have

    an interest in working as a full time employee after graduation if an offer is

    extended

    • Ability

    to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what can

    be learned from the data and how it can support decision making; Desire to

    learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving and conflict

    resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult to solve challenges

    of our customers; Have a passion for working on technologies such as Mobile

    apps, Enterprise Web apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, and Artificial

    Intelligence.
