This key leadership role ensures high-quality care delivery, staff coordination, compliance, and process improvement—making a real difference for clients and caregivers alike. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee care operations, scheduling, and service delivery. * Support staff, including hiring, training, onboarding, and performance feedback. * Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal policies and procedures. * Monitor care quality and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. * Manage staffing levels and address personnel issues. * Collaborate on budgeting, logistics, and resource management. * Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and caregivers to resolve concerns, as necessary. * Support new initiatives and service expansion. * Support project coordination and track deadlines or deliverables as needed. * Perform other administrative and operational tasks to support office operations. What You Bring: * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Organized, can do attitude, self-starter. * Experience in healthcare operations or home care preferred. * Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations preferred. * Ability to balance client needs with operational efficiency.
