Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in the mortgage lending space to join a cross-functional technology team supporting key banking initiatives. This role will support the development and enhancement of mortgage-related systems and processes in a phased approach, starting with advisor referrals and progressing into mortgage setup and servicing.

Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements

+ Lead discussions with cross-commit teams to gather and refine requirements

+ Support development teams with clear documentation and solution guidance

Must-Have Skills:

+ Strong background in mortgage lending

Deep understanding of mortgage data and processes

+ Financial services experience

+ Solid BSA fundamentals with the ability to bridge business and technology

The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $85.00 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
