What You'll Do

+ Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.

+ Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and service recovery.

+ Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the patient experience.

+ Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy.

+ Maintain compliance with Sodexo’s gold check standards and support successful regulatory inspections.

What You Bring

+ Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets.

+ Credentials such as Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or a degree in Nutrition (preferred).

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
