    Multiple Full Time Positions in - Atlantic/Cape May, Camden/Gloucester, Cumberland/Salem, Burlington

    40 hours per week

     

    Salary Range - $50,000 - $52,000

    The FCNJ Program Support Specialist enhances program effectiveness by performing non-clinical duties and providing information management support to the FCNJ Nurse Supervisor and FCNJ Registered Nurses.

    Essential Functions:

    Contribute to the Cooperative’s commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that aligns with the agency’s mission, goals, and advancement. * Effectively cross-collaborate with agency staff, leaders, and board members to foster a comprehensive approach of information sharing, working committees, and collective representation. * Routinely disseminate relevant information, presentations, trainings, and learning opportunities for internal program and agency staff. * When applicable, will participate in relevant staff development opportunities (training, summits, conferences, etc.) to increase skill development, elevate program goals, and engage staff members with timely key learnings. * Outreaches and enrolls families in the FCNJ program. * Schedule FCNJ registered nurse visits with clients as needed. * Performs program support tasks such as organizing forms, maintaining program materials and educational handouts. * Makes reminder and outreach calls for client visits as requested by the nurse supervisor and registered nurse. * Makes post visit calls with clients served as requested. * Compiles a variety of resources. May participate in community outreach activities such as distributing program brochures and retrieving client referrals as delegated by the supervisor. *Contributes to the team effort. *Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    + Associate degree; Bachelor degree preferred.

    + Good team player.

    + Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

    + Skilled in all Microsoft Office Products.

    + Valid driver’s license, car, and current insurance policy.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to see to read documents and hear well enough to communicate with others.

    + Must be able to write, type on a computer, and use a phone.

    + Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

    + Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

    + Additional requirements to be determined with input from Director and HR.

    Work Environment:

    Works in a climate-controlled professional office environment generally free from hazards and other adverse working conditions.
