As an Associate Partner in Cybersecurity Services, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the growth of our cybersecurity consulting business, helping clients navigate complex security challenges, and delivering transformative solutions that align security with business goals.

     

    This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires strong domain expertise, executive presence, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

    Your role and responsibilities

    * Leading and growing IBM’s cybersecurity consulting engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level clients.

    * Identifying, developing, and closing cybersecurity services opportunities across key industry sectors.

    * Driving client strategy around cybersecurity transformation, risk management, compliance, and technology implementation.

    * Managing large-scale consulting engagements, including scoping, staffing, delivery oversight, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

    * Partnering with IBM's internal teams (e.g., Cloud, Data & AI, Infrastructure) to develop integrated solutions that address client business needs.

    * Representing IBM in industry forums, client presentations, and executive briefings to showcase thought leadership.

    * Coaching and mentoring consultants, senior consultants, and managers within the cybersecurity practice.

    * Supporting go-to-market strategies, including proposal development, solution design, and pricing.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

    Associates Degree or higher and at least 10 years of expertise in cyber with CISO relationships
