The Siemens Energy Grid Technologies Service Charlotte
Repair Center is seeking a **Factory Controlling Financial Analyst** to join
our dynamic, high-visibility finance team! You will lead key factory
controlling activities—forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, hourly rate
governance, and performance reviews—ensuring processes are accurate, efficient,
and aligned with business requirements. Based at our new Charlotte, NC
facility, this role will initially support the factory’s construction phase,
focusing on process development, commercial setup, and close collaboration with
a high-performance team to prepare for full-scale operations. This is an

How You’ll Make an Impact
+ **FinancialAnalysis and Planning:** Support the development ofcomprehensive financial forecasts and models, with a particular focus onthe governance of hourly rate calculations and factory absorption criticalmetrics, to aid strategical planning and decision-making. Assist indetailed balance sheet analysis to ensure financial stability andcompliance.
+ **PerformanceMonitoring:** Help develop and monitor key performanceindicators to track financial performance and drive improvements.Contribute to the analysis and optimization of hourly rates and absorptionto enhance financial efficiency.
+ **Projectand Cost Management:** Provide support for project analysisby offering detailed financial insights. Assist in managing the internalcost allocation process across Siemens Energy units, ensuring transparencyand accuracy.
+ **Complianceand Reporting:** Ensure adherence to IFRS15, local GAAPrequirements, reporting guidelines, and internal controls. Prepare andpresent regular reports to various levels of management, highlightingprogress, challenges, and solutions.
+ **Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto support financial performance and business objectives. Work withcounterparts and assist with training on procedures impacting accountingand finance.
+ **StrategicInitiatives and Audit Engagements:** Engage in specialassignments and interact with internal partners and external auditors asrequired. Support all finance-related project topics, includingAccounting, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and NCM Model.Create purchase requisitions and oversee the control of fixed assets froma financial perspective to ensure proper management and compliance.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a closely relatedfield is required.
+ 3+years of experience in operational controlling and cost accounting;candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for ahigher-level position. Factory controlling experience is considered aplus.
+ **Technical& Analytical Expertise:** Strong analytical skillswith knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, andanalytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau; adaptable and eager to learnin dynamic, fast-paced environments.
+ **Leadership& Communication:** Excellent written, verbal, andinterpersonal communication skills in English, with the ability tocollaborate across teams, influence change, and foster a culture ofinnovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
+ Ifnot local to the Charlotte, NC area, the selected candidate must bewilling to relocate.
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States without theneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
