    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Back To Business I.T. Projects Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at our office in Beavercreek, Ohio. Your role will be critical in ensuring support for our customers. Join us and be part of our mission to provide technology that elevates the organizations we support.

    SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    + Server, workstation, network appliance configuration, deployments/migrations

    + Disaster Recovery/Backup solution implementation

    + Email service migrations

    + MFA, Cybersecurity training and IDS/IPS implementations

    + Network assessments, as well as general support and maintenance of IT infrastructure and associated environments.

     

    The position requires the ability to manage time and resources effectively, document work in detail and effectively communicate with non-technical users.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related area OR a minimum of five years’ experience.

    + Three to five years of recent experience with setup and administration of Windows Server and Desktop, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP/DNS, antivirus, and disaster recovery/backup solutions.

    + Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience of the following: routers, firewalls, switches, storage, and wireless solutions.

    + Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

    + Ability to effectively utilize available resources to learn and progress through unfamiliar scenarios requiring problem solving and outside the box thinking.

    + Highly motivated with a keen attention to detail.

    + Strong written/oral communication skills.

    + Local travel will be required.

    + Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Broad experience/high proficiency with configuration and management of the following:

    + Microsoft Intune

    + Network Policy and Access Services

    + Server 2012/2016/2019

    + Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/GPO

    + SQL 2012/2016/2019

    + Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, SharePoint.

    + Firewalls, VPN routing, network switches, routers

    + Wireless solutions

    + Storage appliances (SAN, NAS)

    + Backup services and appliances

    + Hypervisors - VMware and Hyper-V

    + NIST/CMMC Competency

    + Linux Server Operating Systems

    + IDS/IPS Solutions

    + MFA Services

    + Certifications preferred:

    + CompTIA: Server+, Network+, or Security+

    + Microsoft: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

    + Microsoft 365: Endpoint Administrator

    + Microsoft 365: Administrator Expert

    + Cisco Certified Network Associate

    + Fortinet Certified Associate

    + SonicWall Network Security Administrator

    Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

     

    Salary Range: $80,000 to $125,000

     

    Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
