**Duration:** 12 months

Job Description:

+ Looking for 40 hours/ 8 hours per day.

+ Hybrid Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

+ Team setting with work received in 2 ways - - projects assigned by Team Lead or myself or through team mailbox where users pose requests and/or questions.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for preparing, editing, filing, and assembling documentation, including SOPs, vDTPs, and L4s. Familiarity with a **controlled document** environment is preferred.

Experience:

+ Background in learning or training; adult learning principles, course content creation or management.

+ Experience with **LMS systems** (such as **ComplianceWire** ) is advantageous but not essential.

+ Requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy to avoid compliance issues.

+ System aptitude – good with using systems; reports; using systems to perform work and support users

+ Ability to analyze a problem and determine resolution – answer user questions regarding training courses assigned and due

+ Proof courses and document/redline findings

+ Must have experience with **Microsoft and Visio**

Education:

+ A high school diploma is required, and an associate’s degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience needed.
