    SPAR Group is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our on-site team in Chesapeake, VA. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, overseeing program delivery, building strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

    + Act as the day-to-day program lead for client accounts

    + Develop program instructions, training materials, and execution plans

    + Partner with Field Management to ensure objectives are met

    + Monitor project performance, identify improvements, and resolve issues

    + Provide regular client updates and post-program performance reports

    + Oversee client invoicing accuracy and timely submission

    + Coordinate shipments, mailings, and inventory with Distribution teams

    What You’ll Bring

    + Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)

    + 1–5 years in project, client services, or retail management

    + 3–5 years in customer-facing roles with leadership experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    + Experience with CRMs or client service platforms a plus

    + Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
