The Account Management team at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is responsible for designing customized solutions for our clients in global supply chain management, customer relationship management, online platforms, financial services and much more! We understand our unique client business models and design solutions in close cooperation with them, and then subsequently implement the solution. In order to support our growth targets, we are looking for a strong, customer focused Global Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will drive critical projects with minimal supervision. The role requires a solid level of systems/process knowledge and will serve as the team’s Subject Matter Expert on a diverse array of components that make up our overall client integrated Supply Chain Solutions landscape. In addition to extensive project management, you will partner in the design of global supply chain management solutions and partner on client integration. You will also be able to use your analytical and resolution skills to proactively detect root causes and solve issues related to your projects.

Your Tasks

* Work directly with our customer on external projects.

* Document current processes, identify improvements and lead change management initiatives based on industry best practices, drive continuous improvements with the global cross-functional teams to reduce costs and optimize process and efficiencies.

* Support our reporting team to develop new reporting’s and KPI/SLA dashboards.

* Implement a global project plan and maintain internal tracking tool.

* Deliver monthly project status presentations and reports to customer and internal management.

Your Profile

* At least 2 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity

* More than 2 years of experience interfacing directly with customers

* At least 1 year of experience working within ERP system

* Bachelor Degree

* Minimum of 1 year of SAP experience

* Working knowledge of warehousing, transportation and customer clearance fundamentals
