    Plaintiff’s Construction Defect Attorney

     

    Robert Half has partnered with a leading plaintiff’s litigation law firm in the Denver Tech Center on the search for a 3+ years’ litigation associate to join their construction defect practice group. This group represents HOA’s, homeowners, and commercial property owners at all stages of the construction defect litigation process. Candidates interested in this position should have strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. This position does require 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including motions briefing, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and taking cases to trial/arbitration.     Requirements

    - Foundational knowledge in Arguing Motions

     

    - General familiarity with Mechanics Liens

     

    - Construction defect experience preferred

     

    - Strong familiarity with Civil Litigation

     

    - Plaintiff litigation experience desired

     

    - Licensed Attorney experience

     

    - Adeptness in Defending Depositions

     

    - Demonstrated knowledge of legal research

     

    - Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

     

    - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

     

    - Excellent academic credentials and references

     

    - Strong communication and social skills

     

    - Licensed attorney

     

    - Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
