• Application Support Engineer

    Description We are on the search for an adept Application Support Engineer for an engaging role based in Jacksonville, Florida. The chosen candidate will be working in a dynamic environment, providing Tier 1 support for SF and NetSuite issues. This role provides an opportunity for long-term contract employment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle low complexity modifications such as adding or deactivating users

    • Provide solutions for login related issues

    • Add item GL categories as required

    • Manage the addition of licenses and troubleshoot function issues, primarily in Salesforce

    • Offer support for desktop-related issues, acting as a point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support

    • Balance the handling of issues between Salesforce (90%) and NetSuite (10%)

    • Ensure the smooth operation of Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell technologies. Requirements • Proficiency in Salesforce Environments is a must.

    • Experience in Salesforce Configuration is required.

    • Familiarity with NetSuite is essential.

    • Strong Desktop Support skills are necessary.

    • Knowledge in Desktop Imaging is needed. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
