This position is responsible for meticulously cleaning, prepping, and inspecting products to enhance their appearance and maintain brand reputation. The role requires a keen eye for detail to identify and address any surface imperfections, contaminants, or residues that could affect the final product's presentation. The Washbay Appearance Prep Tech collaborates closely with quality control and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to customer satisfaction by delivering products that meet or exceed appearance expectations consistently.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial cleaning role, preferably within durable goods or related industries.

    + Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.

    + Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a washbay environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with automotive or heavy equipment appearance prep is highly desirable.

    + Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques.

    + Certification in industrial safety or hazardous materials handling.

    + Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.

    Responsibilities:
