Description

Our client, a rapidly growing Tech company with a global presence, is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Core Finance Team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing core accounting processes—including expense accounting, accounts payable, and month-end close—while leading projects that drive automation, efficiency, and strategic insight across the organization. Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Own and improve key components of purchase-to-pay cycle, from vendor contracting and invoicing to reconciliations and accruals.

• Lead the month-end close process, including balance sheet reviews, financial statement analysis, and cost reporting.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver analytical insights that support smart financial decision-making.

• Drive process improvements and automation across finance functions to scale with our company’s rapid growth.

• Help document and implement strong internal controls and compliance processes across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and inform financial strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• 4+ years of experience

• Public accounting foundation highly preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
