    Job Title: Financial Analyst

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, creating reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze financial performance and create reports on trends, forecasts, and variances.

    + Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

    + Monitor key metrics, KPIs, and financial results to support business performance.

    + Partner with department leaders to provide financial insight and support budget management.

    + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

    + Support month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis.

    + Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

    + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reporting tools.

    + Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by leadership.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    + 2–5 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience.

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.).

    + Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

    + Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
