Summary

The **Regional Human Resource Manager** is responsible for implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Regional Managers and other members of the Human Resources Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The **Regional Human Resource Manager** will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. + Assists and Supports Regional Efforts to Recruit and Hire

+ Manages the Onboarding Process

+ Promotes Retention Efforts Through Positive Co-worker Relations

+ Participates in HR Continuous Improvement Activities

+ Supports Compliance Efforts

+ Participates in HR Department Activities

+ Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

+ Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field and 5 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Professional Certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred

+ Prior experience in construction preferred
