    Salary: $17 / Hour

     

    District located in Gastonia, NC

     

    Position: 1:1 School Behavior Tech

     

    Start Date: 8/25/25

     

    Length: Full 25/26 SY

     

    Schedule: 37.5 hr/wk

    WEEKLY PAY

    Classroom Openings/setting:

    -1:1 case with an EC student (Kindergarten, Middle and High School openings)

     

    -Working with students with severe/profound disabilities. Include toileting/diapering, behaviors safety, mobility

    Requirements:

    -Previous experience as support aide, behavioral tech, CNA or 1:1 care with autism required

     

    -Previous experience in a school setting, or at least working with kids with special needs is highly preferred

     

    -CPI preferred

     

    -Must be passionate about working with children

     

    -Strong ability to collaborate with others and be a team player

     

    -Patient, positive attitude, servant leader

     

    W2 position employee with Amergis Staffing (Not the district), no after or before school responsibilities
