Job Description
Are you the kind of person who loves to organize, streamline, and support systems that make the workplace better for everyone? Do you find joy in solving puzzles, answering questions, and making sure the details _really_ count?
We’re looking for an **HRIS Specialist** to join our awesome team! In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero—making sure our HR systems run smoothly, supporting your teammates, and helping employees navigate everything from I-9s to employment verifications.
If you’re tech-savvy, team-focused, and known for your “I’ve got this” attitude, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Keeping our HR Systems team on track by reviewing, responding to, and routing emails from our team inbox (yes, inbox zero is a goal!)
+ Taking ownership of complex HR processing tasks—think of it as detective work for data
+ Supporting and guiding end users on how to use our systems—training, tips, and “aha!” moments included
+ Ensuring our data is pristine, accurate, and governed properly (data nerds welcome)
+ Handling non-system work like employment verifications, I-9 processing, and keeping our records in check
+ Collaborating on team projects and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources support role
• Experience with data management systems
• Top-notch communication skills
• A team-first attitude and collaborative spirit
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new tech tools quickly
• Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook—you know the drill)
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience with Workday (especially in an HCM or Tier 1 support role)
• 1-2 years of direct support in an HR systems environment
Why You’ll Love It Here
+ Be part of a supportive, tech-forward HR team
+ Opportunities to grow your HR systems knowledge
+ A role that truly makes an impact across the organization
+ Work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where your voice matters
