### Job Duties

Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic tax planning for clients. Develop, implement, and improve financial policies, tax strategies, and internal controls for businesses and individuals. Oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax reporting. Lead nonprofit clients’ financial management reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and nonprofit annual taxes to ensure compliance with IRS regulations, federal and state tax laws. Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities. Assess financial risks and recommend corrective actions. Work with management to develop financial forecasts and budgets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Implement accounting and tax software solutions for efficiency. Train and mentor junior accountants and tax specialists as needed. Develop financial models and projections for tax planning. Maintain strong knowledge of tax codes, deductions, credits, and industry trends.

### Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field

### Minimum Experience Required

Requires 5 years of experience in providing accounting and tax advisory services, including the following skillset: federal and state tax regulations; accounting and tax software (Quickbooks, Drake Tax, ADP, Payroll Relief, Paychex, Smart, SmartHR, Zoho); filing corporate taxes, payroll taxes, and IRS and State Resolutions; nonprofit accounting and tax compliance; government accounting reporting.
