What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe and efficient production.

+ Coordinate and supervise team members and equipment usage.

+ Monitor material quality and production output.

+ Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance.

+ Communicate effectively with management and support teams.

+ Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities.

+ Strong understanding of quarry operations and equipment.

+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems proactively.

+ Effective communication and organizational skills.

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
