    Now Hiring: Field Nurse – Americare Certified Special Services (Staten Island, NY)

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Americare Certified Special Services team as a **Field Nurse** . In this role, you’ll be the trusted healthcare partner for patients receiving in-home care—bringing clinical expertise, compassion, and personalized attention right to their doorstep.

     

    **Salary:** $105,000 – $110,000

    **Schedule** : Full-Time | Field-Based Role

    What You’ll Do:

    + Conduct home visits and provide direct patient care

    + Complete all required documentation (HCHB system)

    + Communicate with primary care providers and other disciplines to coordinate care

    + Prepare and manage care plans, medication profiles, and orders (including 485 and interim orders)

    + Participate in case conferences and follow-up reviews to ensure quality outcomes

    Qualifications:

    + Active NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license

    + Previous home health experience strongly preferred

    + Strong communication, documentation, and care coordination skills

    + Passion for patient-centered care in a community setting

    **Pay Details:** $105,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
