Project Manager

The Enterprise Services (ES) Risk Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Team is on the forefront of implementing - at the first line of defense - enterprise-level risk management initiatives related to Capital Ones international operations.

The GTC Team seeks to hire non-associate labor to support the teams classification of third-party items subject to the U.S. Export Administration

Regulations (EAR).

Such support involves conducting public research (e.g., reviewing vendor websites) and direct vendor outreach (e.g., phone or email communications) to obtain Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) and export authorization information for various commodities, software, and technology.

The Team seeks a skilled communicator and motivated business professional who demonstrates excellent attention to detail; has experience gathering and compiling high-quality research findings into concise and well-organized evidence within the system of record; is able to efficiently and effectively enter and manage

large volumes of information in electronic databases; can manage multiple research projects simultaneously; and meets deadlines set by the Team.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

PMP Certification - Preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Project, Process, Risk or Product Management.

At least 1 year of experience working directly with technology or product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree or MBA

At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Process, Risk or Product Management

**Pay Details:** $44.52 per hour
