The Larson Group Peterbilt, is looking for an experienced Production Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position assists the TLG Delivery Center with all administrative and office functions.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist the Production Administrator, Operations Manager, Production Manager in all administrative duties at facility.

+ Open and close Repair Orders.

+ Ensure all Repair Orders, Pre-Delivery Inspection, and DOT paperwork is correct, completed, billed, and filed within 3 days of closing.

+ Maintain office area in a professional and organized manner.

+ Perform follow up calls to dealer sales personnel as needed.

+ Participate in employee safety training and safety committee meetings, documenting minutes and action items with assignments.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma, some college preferred.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

+ Experience with CDK and/or ADP is a plus.

+ Great communication skills.

+ Must be willing to work overtime hours if necessary.

+ Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
