Software Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Design core and backend software components, code using primarily C++ and Python, and interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa.

2. Conduct design and code reviews, analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

3. Establish self as an owner of a particular component, feature, or system with expert end-to-end understanding.

4. Successfully complete projects at a large scope while maintaining a consistent high level of productivity.

11. 4. Designing, analyzing, and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources

12. 5. Experience owning a component, feature, or system

13. 6. Experience to demonstrate skills in shipping high quality and reliability code, such as testing strategy, productionalization (monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting) skills of large-scaled applications

14. 7. Setting directional strategy for a team, working effectively with XFN team to drive consensus

15. 8. Providing high quality code review feedbacks and guiding other engineers in making proactive changes to improve system quality

$207,502/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits
