    **Title:** Software Engineer II

    **Job Location:** 1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203.

    **Job Description:** Design, install, configure, and manage the development of advanced case management functionalities with Actimize tools for effective business solutions. Direct technological research by evaluating different strategies for Operational Effectiveness, incorporating IT Technologies to support the development of long-term organizational strategies. Manage multiple Actimize solutions across multiple environments for development, patching and upgrades. Evaluate organizational risks to develop data-driven policies and incorporate Unit Test case scenarios for optimizing IT solutions while ensuring security and efficiency. Analyze business requirements and manage the development of IT applications to align with system functionality while contributing to organizational policy. Implement and Configure Enterprise AML/Fraud Detection solutions using ACTIMIZE Risk Case Manager and Analytics Intelligence Server to provide a robust Enterprise Solution. Assess the effectiveness of existing PL/SQL functions and incorporate Data Science technologies along with strategic solutions to efficiently query databases. Implement automation through CICD Pipelines and automation tools to reduce overhead and improved productivity. Ensure secure data transfer in enterprise network solutions by managing applications that include Network Protocols and Security Protocols including TCP, SSL, TLS, HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, and others. Design and develop complex application architectures to incorporate Load Balancing, Fault Tolerance, Proxies, and OAuth2 technologies for remediating cyber-attacks. Assist with design, coding, testing, configuration, debugging, troubleshooting issues, and documentation of new or modified software applications to meet business requirements and enterprise performance, security compliance, and architecture standards in the area of efforts to combat money laundering operations.

    **Minimum requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Developer, Technology Analyst, Technology Lead or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Actimize RCM Designer 5.x or Actimize ActOne Designer 6.x; Actimize Visual Modeler (4.x); PL/SQL; Oracle 12c or Oracle 19c. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Actimize IFM 10.x; SQL-Server; Linux; and Shell scripting.

    **Salary:** $143,666.00 - $145,712.50
