    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Instructor/Trainer to join our team in Raleigh or Charlotte North Carolina. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can design and deliver effective training programs, ensuring team members are equipped to use various systems and applications with confidence.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.

    • Conduct training sessions for new hires, ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours, to familiarize them with internal systems.

    • Provide team training on new applications, system upgrades, and software releases.

    • Evaluate and recommend e-learning tools and integrate selected tools into the overall training strategy.

    • Deliver one-on-one training sessions to support individual learning needs.

    • Stay informed about emerging technologies to keep training content relevant and up to date.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials align with organizational goals.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering technology training programs.

    • Familiarity with training in a detail-oriented services environment. Experience training the use of business applications.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.

    • Ability to adapt training approaches based on learner needs and technological advancements.

    • Experience with document management software is a plus.

    • Background in training within a law firm setting is preferred but not required. Experience working in professional services is also a plus.

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee training or instructional roles.
