General Requirements:

Associates degree in a related field. Three years related work experience in higher education. Experience in an environment dealing with financial literacy education and financial counseling preferred. Experience developing and implementing programs, activities, promotions, or special events in higher education desired. Experience in written and oral presentation preferred. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:

Facilitates or assists higher level staff members in the implementation of programs and other activities at Student Money Management ( SMM ).

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):

Assists in developing and coordinating services, programs, policies and procedures, promotions and special events at Student Money Management ( SMM ). Conducts presentations, workshops and seminars concerning personal finance topics. Responsible for administrative duties including scheduling events, assisting the Associate Director in the assessment of SMM’s educational efforts, conducting and coordinating training, workshops, and meetings involving SMM . Performs other related duties as assigned.
