Position Summary

Prepares, sorts, checks, and files reports and forms required for store deliveries.

+ **Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Maintains distribution schedules for inbound and outbound freight to advance warehouse operations.

+ Collects documentation for outbound freight to keep record of route and inventory information.

+ Communicates with distribution associates on procedures and protocols for loading and unloading trucks, preparing shipping documents, and verifying shipments.

+ Monitors shipping documents to ensure accuracy and data integrity in organizational records.

+ Operates distribution equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks to organize, load, and/or unload material goods.

+ Defines the shipping and receiving strategy to department associates and performs regular checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

+ Organizes the delivery schedule and the logistics of route planning for the distribution department.

+ Documents shipping and orders electronically and resolves discrepancies regarding shortages.

+ Performs quality checks within the distribution department to identify errors and provide corrective action. **Education** High school diploma or equivalent required. **Prior Relevant Work Experience** 0-1 year **Essential Qualifications**

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
