Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
Pay Rate: Based on typing speed
+ 45–55 WPM: $ 18.00/hr
+ 55–60 WPM: $ 19.00/hr
+ 60+ WPM: $ 20.00/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Return Mail Coordinator to join our team onsite in Beaverton, OR. This role involves processing undeliverable mail and postal forwards using proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Follow written procedures to process incoming forms and mail
+ Use proprietary software to verify and update records
+ Communicate obstacles to leadership promptly
+ Meet departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity
+ Continuously improve processes and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to follow instructions and manage competing priorities
+ Typing speed of at least 45 WPM (goal: 60+ WPM)
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ GED or High School Diploma
+ Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
Additional Details:
+ Training Schedule: First day only – 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST
+ **Typing Test Requirement: Candidates must submit typing test results with resume. You may use Typing.com and include a screenshot of your results.**
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
