**Employment Type:** Part-time or Full-time (Flexible scheduling available)
Job Objective:
The Retail Back-of-House Associate supports store operations by ensuring merchandise is prepared, organized, and ready for the sales floor, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
+ Support back-of-house operations, including hanging, steaming, tagging, and folding clothing.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
+ Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support overall store success.
What We’re Looking For
+ Professional and presentable demeanor (staff will be visible to customers, though direct interaction will be limited).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Dependability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
**Pay Details:** $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
