    Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 1. Most preferred - Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center 2. Second preferred - remaining hubs - no particular order - Pittsburgh PA - Two PNC Plaza, Birmingham AL - Birmingham - Brock, North Texas Market TX - Dallas Innovation Center - Luna Rd, Phoenix - Biltmore

     

    Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

     

    Industry background: Open to all backgrounds, technical background is a plus

    Team Dynamic:

    This PM II will be overseeing the projects sitting under that program which consists of a couple project managers.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Senior executive engagement; Strategic planning and execution at enterprise level. Provide status and progress to senior leadership

     

    Partner with Product and tech leaders on strategic planning

     

    Lead enterprise-wide technology transformations

     

    Develop program governance frameworks and leads executive steering committees

     

    Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units

    Manage program budgets in excess of $25-50M

    + Level 2
